Jelly Roll Returns to Childhood Home, Gets Rejected by Owners

We thought Jelly Roll grew up in a shack. BUT the real pictures of his childhood home just dropped and they are absolutely shocking!

Forget the stories you have heard about a broken down house in the middle of nowhere. The truth is he grew up in a beautiful three bedroom middle class home in Antioch, Tennessee.

But do not let the nice yard and the 2,000 square feet fool you because behind the walls of that pretty house was a street full of dark secrets. Jelly Roll says the neighborhood was deeply troubled and that he did not know a single person because everyone was doing drugs.

He went back to that house and offered the owners a massive amount of money to buy it back. He just wanted a private place to go in and cry or have a therapy session but in a stunning twist the owners looked at his millions and flatly rejected his offer!

Jelly Roll Tried To Buy His Childhood House

Today, this man has completely outgrown his old environment and his old self. While he was fighting to buy back his past he was also fighting to save his future.

By early 2026 he reached a goal that seemed impossible as he dropped from 540 pounds to a trim 265 pounds and landed the cover of Men’s Health magazine!

His journey is one of the most inspiring stories in music history because he went from over 500 pounds to the cover of a major fitness magazine in just a few years.

He even completed a public 5K walk in Pasadena that proved his new discipline was the real deal.
