“Fortnight” on the 50-Yard Line? Why Everyone Thinks Post Malone is Playing At Thanksgiving

Post Malone might be the biggest star in Dallas this Thanksgiving. The Grapevine-raised musician is the top guess for the Cowboys halftime show. The team dropped a video with big clues. This all comes after his huge hit song “Fortnight” with Taylor Swift, where she sings the line, “I love you, it’s ruining my life.”

This show would be a perfect fit for Post Malone, who is a huge Cowboys fan. His father even worked at the stadium for years, and he still watches games at local spots. The team’s teaser video seems to confirm it. It includes a truck horn, hinting at his Big Rig comic book. Kicker Brandon Aubrey is also in the video, and Malone famously wore his jersey at a concert there last May.

Fans online are sure they have solved the mystery. After the Cowboys posted the video, the comments filled up with guesses. One fan wrote, “That’s so obviously Posty lmfao.” Others agreed, with one person simply saying, “Yasssssssss!!!!!” People are connecting all the clues, and they believe the hometown star is a sure thing.

All signs point to a huge Post Malone performance. But the halftime show could get even bigger. The Cowboys are playing the Kansas City Chiefs. This brings his famous singing partner into the picture. Taylor Swift, who sings “Fortnight” with him, could also be in the building.

Taylor Swift – Fortnight (feat. Post Malone) (Official Music Video)

Taylor Swift is engaged to Chiefs player Travis Kelce and often attends his games. While her attendance is not confirmed, the chance of her being there has made ticket prices soar. Imagine if she joined Post Malone on stage. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is already prepared, saying they have an “elaborate seat” for her.

A duet would be amazing, and it shows how respected Post Malone is. Taylor Swift has praised him, calling him “ridiculously talented” and “unfailingly polite.” She said he is “everyone ‘s favorite person to collaborate with.” Follow Post Malone on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
