Blake Shelton Trolls Luke Bryan With Deadpan Comedy About His New Song

Blake Shelton has millions of fans. But he is convinced his buddy Luke Bryan is not one of them. While riding his tractor through the Oklahoma woods, Blake heard a specific line on the radio that stopped him in his tracks. He noticed the lyrics mentioned being “BS free.” Since those are his initials, he took it very personally.

He did not stop at the initials. He also looked up the slang “BFE” and came to a hilarious conclusion. Blake decided the song is actually about being “Blake Shelton free” and doing something very specific in Egypt. With a perfectly straight face, he thanked Luke for the honesty.

Watch the look on his face when he explains his “discovery” in this clip:

Viewers are absolutely losing it over this playful jab. One fan mentioned that Blake’s dry sense of humor is the best thing in country music. Another viewer said they could not stop laughing at how serious he stayed while saying something so ridiculous. People love seeing this side of the stars.

They have spent years poking fun at each other on national television and social media. While Blake is busy playing detective on his farm, Luke is usually busy firing back with his own jokes. This back-and-forth banter is exactly what happened when Luke sat down to talk about his famous friend on a late-night talk show.

Luke did not hold back when he called Blake ‘Mr. Showbiz’ during his interview. He joked that nobody should ever ask Blake for advice because he is too busy being the ‘Sexiest Man Alive.’ Fans loved the competitive energy and the respect hidden under all the insults.

Whether they are arguing about who has a better farm or who is more famous, Blake and Luke are the heart of country comedy. Their journey from small-town singers to global superstars has not changed their “hillbilly swagger” one bit. They keep us smiling by keeping it real and never taking themselves too seriously.
