Even though the current season is still crowning a winner, the judges are already looking for the next person to change their life forever.
The best part about American Idol is that you don’t have to be a professional singer to try out. This year, we saw that anyone can make it. Whether you are a teacher, a stay-at-home parent, or someone who works at a church, your voice matters! The show loves finding “normal” people with extraordinary talent.

The perfect example of how one audition can change everything is Hannah Harper. Hannah is a mom of three from Missouri who lived a very quiet life. She didn’t sing on big stages; she sang to her kids. She wrote a song called “String Cheese” about the “beautiful mess” of being a mom, handling laundry, dishes, and toddler snacks.
